Laura Fredrickson, founder of Internal Design Coaching, has been coaching with a wide array of individuals spanning the last seven years.

As an ICF accredited coach, Laura has offered her services to a multitude of clients, including environmental organizations, corporate executives, non-profit foundations, artists, and entertainment industry professionals.

Laura's approach engages a bias to working with Universal Principles to support the positive unfoldment and creative potential that is seeking to emerge in each of her clients. She is noted for her ability to support her clients in staying true to their hearts and living the lives for which they were born.

Inspired by the understated importance of expressing the gifts that live within each of us, Laura has now turned her focus primarily on coaching creative professionals and the success of the artist.

 

My destiny was set when both of my parents committed suicide because of their confusion and stress over money. This experience, as well as my own bout with suicide and deep depression, led to an internal focus and spiritual journey. I really began to source all of the reasons why I am truly here and what my life expression is really about. This journey, that still continues today, awakened me to the realization that the only way to cultivate peace and well being is to go within. This is the essence of my coaching style.

Is supportive: I advocate for conscious witnessing of your experiences and will direct your energies on bringing awareness to an ‘event’ and treating everything as an opportunity for growth and expansion.

Is focused: Our Coaching conversations will be conducted in an efficient manner. ZERO IN on the point! Venting is not the way to spend our time together.
